Applications must be received by 5 p.m. EDT on April 17, 2017. UberEATS shall have full and absolute discretion to select both the number of finalists and the winners. All finalists must be: (a) available to media; and (b) present their signature dish on April 22, 2017 at a location and time to be determined by UberEATS. The winners must be available for a minimum of 40 hours/week during the month of May 2017 to operate the Pop-Up Restaurant at a location to be determined by UberEats. The winners will be required to enter into an agreement with UberEATS and the operator of the location and obtain all required permits and licenses. All financial risks and rewards associated with the operations of the Pop-Up Restaurant shall be borne by the Winners.
